Reliance Power - Listing below IPO price

Reliance Power, with so much hype, listed at Rs. 430.00, Rs. 20.00 less than IPO price of Rs. 450. Suddenly today, all pundits in trading market who endorsed this issue started comparing with other big power companies like Tata Power, NTPC etc.

Wockhardt Hospitals IPO - Will it be fully subscribed?

I feel otherwise. After (extended) penultimate day, only 13% of its offer has been taken. As per SEBI guidelines, if 90% of offer is not taken, then, company has to refund entire money to applicants with-in specified time (78 days).
